What Kayleigh does
Kayleigh is the driving force behind Flo Right, a blend of business strategy, psychology, and wellbeing designed to help organisations run smoother and smarter. She supports clients across operations, marketing, HR, and planning, helping them build structure, clarity, and sustainable growth without losing the human touch.
Her role moves seamlessly between strategy and implementation, one day refining client campaigns, the next shaping business plans or leading workshops that connect performance with purpose.
How she works
Grounded in emotional intelligence and guided by strong core values: Respect, Trust, Passion, Support, Compassion, and Accountability, Kayleigh believes success comes from businesses that work for people, not against them.
She approaches every project as if it were her own business, bringing care, honesty, and a little bit of “let’s make it happen” energy. Whether she’s developing client strategies, mentoring teams, or creating content, Kayleigh’s focus is always on connection, clarity, and meaningful impact.
Outside of work
Mum to 2 girls, nature-lover, and advocate for emotional wellbeing. Kayleigh spends her downtime outdoors with her daughters and their animals on their smallholding in Andover or somewhere by the sea…or exploring the mountains. Thrill seeker by nature and partial to a day at the theme park or a speed boat ride out at sea!

What would she say to her younger self?
Learn to love your-self, Philautia is your super-power. Once you master that you can master all other forms of love.
Dream home
A modest sized farm house with around 20 acres of land (a mix of pasture, woodland and gentle slopes), a couple of barns for the animals and situated by the sea on the South West coast!

Role: Social & Digital Media Assistant

What Suzie does
Since joining Flo Right, Suzie has grown from social media assistant to a key part of our wider marketing engine. She supports overall marketing strategy, business planning and 90-day initiatives, plans and schedules our social content, and edits video to keep our message clear, human and consistent.
How she works
Curious, organised and people-centred. Suzie brings a calm, can-do energy and an eye for what actually connects with real people. She’s passionate about human behaviour and actively uses the Emotional Assertiveness model in her work and life, helping us (and our clients) communicate with clarity and care.

Outside of work
Mum to two boys, happiest spending time with the whole family and a beach day on the horizon…oh and she loves a spa day!
Fun fact
Suzie LOVES different languages. She can speak Swedish (she used to live there) and a tiny bit of Romanian.

Pytt i Panna (a Swedish dish with lots of vinegar)!

What would she say to her younger self?
You are going to grow into a strong woman who learns how valuable you are just for being you.

Living off grid, by the sea…preferably in Sweden!
