Meet the Flo Right Team

Two real people behind the work, here to support you properly.

Kayleigh Bishop

Founder & Emotional Intelligence Specialist

Founded Flo Right in 2022

What Kayleigh does

Kayleigh Bishop is a specialist in emotional intelligence and communication in the workplace, working at the point where people, business decisions and real-world pressures intersect.

She designs and delivers emotional intelligence training, workshops and mentoring to help individuals and teams understand themselves better, communicate clearly and navigate challenge and conflict constructively. This work sits alongside her role supporting business owners through consulting and mentoring, and leading HR and people support within Flo Right.

Kayleigh brings together emotional intelligence, business understanding and HR expertise to help organisations think clearly, manage risk, and build healthier ways of working, ensuring emotional intelligence is applied practically, not as theory, but as a skill that strengthens trust, decision-making, wellbeing and performance.

How she works

Kayleigh’s work is grounded in emotional intelligence and guided by strong core values: Respect, Trust, Passion, Support, Compassion and Accountability. She believes emotional intelligence is a foundational life skill, rarely taught, yet transformational when applied well in the workplace.

Her approach focuses on awareness, responsibility and choice: supporting people to understand emotional responses, communicate with clarity, and handle difference and conflict in ways that reduce risk and strengthen working relationships.

Whether she’s leading HR support, mentoring business owners or delivering training, Kayleigh creates spaces that are supportive, challenging and constructive, where people can learn, reflect and grow without judgement, and where accountability is held with care.

Outside of work

Mum to 2 girls, nature-lover, and advocate for emotional wellbeing. Kayleigh spends her downtime outdoors with her daughters and their animals on their smallholding in Andover or somewhere by the sea…or exploring the mountains. Thrill seeker by nature and partial to a day at the theme park or a speed boat ride out at sea!

What Suzie does

Suzie Parr is an emotional intelligence trainer and mentor, specialising in emotionally intelligent communication and relationship dynamics in both personal and professional settings.

She delivers training sessions and mentoring through Flo Right, supporting individuals and groups to develop greater emotional awareness, communicate more effectively and build healthier, more respectful relationships. Her work focuses on helping people understand emotions, strengthen boundaries and take responsibility for how they express themselves.

Suzie is the daughter of John Parr, the renowned psychotherapist and professor who developed The Emotional Assertiveness Model®. Being immersed in this work from an early age has given Suzie a deep, lived understanding of emotional intelligence, not just as a concept, but as a practical, everyday skill that shapes how people relate, connect and work together.

How she works

Suzie’s approach is calm, supportive and grounded in emotional intelligence. She creates safe, respectful spaces where people feel able to explore emotions, reflect honestly and develop confidence in their communication.

Her work is rooted in the belief that emotional intelligence is a foundational life skill, one that supports healthier relationships, improved wellbeing and more cooperative ways of working. Through training and mentoring, Suzie helps people build awareness, strengthen boundaries and communicate with clarity, honesty and care.

Whether she’s working with individuals or groups, Suzie focuses on practical application and meaningful change, supporting people to develop skills they can use in real life, not just in the training room.

Why we rate her

Suzie embodies emotional intelligence at its best. She is kind, caring and approachable, while also delivering training and mentoring that is thoughtful, impactful and genuinely transformative.

She has a natural ability to create safe, supportive spaces where people feel understood and challenged in equal measure. Her work is grounded, human and practical, helping people make real sense of their emotions and communication, not just talk about them.

Suzie is also a joy to collaborate with. Our conversations and brainstorming days are always energising, she has a way of switching the light on, offering clarity and insight that moves thinking forward quickly and meaningfully.

We value Suzie not just for her expertise, but for the way she shows up: with care, integrity and a deep commitment to helping people communicate and relate more healthily.
