Our HR Packs provide small businesses with the essential documentation and guidance needed to put strong, compliant people foundations in place, without overcomplicating things.

Packs can be basic or bespoke, depending on your business, and may include core HR policies, contracts and procedures, with the option to incorporate basic HSE documentation where required. Each pack is designed to reflect how your business actually operates, not just what a template says.
