Our workshops focus on building emotionally intelligent communication skills that improve trust, reduce unhelpful conflict and support healthier, more effective ways of working. Sessions are interactive, grounded and designed to be immediately applicable.

We offer a mix of open courses and in-house training, and organisations can also request bespoke workshops or training programmes tailored to their teams, culture and challenges.

DISC Profiling & Training

DISC profiling offers powerful insight into how people communicate, make decisions and respond under pressure. Used well, it helps individuals and teams understand themselves and others better, reducing misunderstanding and improving how people work together.

We provide access to a secure DISC profiling platform, allowing individuals or organisations to purchase one-off DISC profiles as a standalone insight tool, or to combine profiling with coaching and training for deeper understanding and real-world application.

Profiles can be used on their own, or as part of a wider development journey, supporting leadership development, team communication, conflict awareness and more effective collaboration.

For organisations, DISC can also be integrated into team workshops, training sessions or mentoring, helping teams develop a shared language around communication and behaviour.
